Article III - Mission

Section 2 - Limitations

Each membership is limited to the elected or approved corporation, subsidiary, division, partnership or joint venture thereof, and is not transferable or assignable. Renewal of membership shall be automatic, unless there is a change in the corporation's status, as determined by the Executive Committee.
