THE TRUST ALLIANCE ANNOUNCES A MAJOR NEW INITIATIVE: THE QUALITY REPORT

The Trust Alliance, in another industry first, announces that it has reached agreement on a common standard for post-field reporting of healthcare data collection - The Quality Report.
Whilst its members currently produce field reports for clients, the information, format and definitions have all been different, making it hard for agencies and end clients to understand and compare fieldwork performance. For the first time in the healthcare data collection industry, there will now be a common approach to the reporting of this information.
The Trust Alliance has also taken a fresh look at the content of post-fieldwork reporting. The Quality Report will extend study information beyond that currently available consistent with the Trust Alliance's aim to improve transparency in the industry. An example of this will be around disclosure of incentive payments.
The Trust Alliance members have targeted the introduction of The Quality Report for May 2012 and will announce further details upon the new report’s launch. The Quality Report is one of a number of healthcare data collection initiatives being developed by The Trust Alliance.
