Article IV- Revocation of Membership The membership of any Full or Affiliate Member may be revoked,
without the assignment of any cause, by a two-thirds majority vote
of theelected officers at a duly convened meeting, provided that
written notice of the intention to expel and reasons therefore
have been provided in the notice of the meeting. No Member
shall be expelled without having the opportunity to be heard at
such meeting, but no formal hearing procedure need be followed
. Any member whose membership is revoked shall be entitled
to a refund of the current membership fee on a prorated basis. |
